Charla Moore was once an Associate Judge in the 322nd Family Court in Tarrant County. She was orginally selected for the AJ bench by Frank Sullivan in 2005 and she survived Frank’s ouster to at least serve for part of 2007 under Nancy Berger.
We haven’t been able to find out why Charla Moore vacated the bench, but we did uncover an interesting tidbit about why the Tarrant County power-structure may have decided to oust Frank Sullivan. We will post it as soon as we work through everything we have.
